Shapewear Challenge 2012: Days 1 & 2

OK - so days 1 & 2 are over. And to be honest it wasn't too bad!!! My problem area is my tummy. I have been blessed with boobs, waist and a little kanga pouch. Yes - we all have our own hang ups and issues! So, trying the Ambra underbust shaper slip, I was keen to see the effect it had on this area of concern.

Overall, I have to say I enjoyed this product. It was comfortable - it felt like a more secure full slip and gave me more confidence - like a little roo in a pouch I felt comfort from the structure of the slip around me!!! The slip did a reasonably good job of sucking my tummy in, but I definitely have tried others that have REALLY sucked my tummy in and made me look like Miranda Kerr (at least in my mind... and yes, like a short, Asian version of her but you get my point!). Having said that - I also couldn't breathe in that particular shaper!!!!

Thumbs up: Very comfortable, you can wear your own knickers & bra, great in the humidity we've had over the last couple of days, SEAM-FREE for perfect smooth lines, AND did not ride up as much as others that I have tried.

Thumbs down:Offers light - medium weight shaping, not ideal for those looking for the big kahunas in sucking in (but remember that often comes at the expense of comfort).

Happy styling! xx
